If there was a problem submitting transcripts or other application materials via the online application, you can scan these items and attach them as a pdf in an email to RossAdmissions@umich.edu. Please include your name and your UMID or date of birth in the email, and let us know that this supplemental information is being sent because it could not be submitted online.
