If your native language is not English, you must demonstrate competence in English by taking a TOEFL exam or the IELTS exam. For the TOEFL exam, we prefer the Internet-based test (IBT) version of the exam. Ross accepts an IELTS score as an alternative to the TOEFL.

For the TOEFL exam, a score of 600 or higher on the paper-based test (PBT), 250 or higher on the computer-based test (CBT), or 100 or higher on the internet-based test (IBT) is required for admission. If your score is below these numbers, we encourage you to consider retaking the exam. The code to have scores automatically sent to Ross is 1839.  For the IELTS exam, we require a score of 7 or higher.
