The team exercise is an optional but encouraged component of the application process. It is available to applicants who are invited to interview, and involves engaging in a 30-minute activity with 4-6 other participants. The participants work together to complete an activity while a member of the admissions committee observes the team’s interaction and discussion. No advance preparation is necessary, and no business knowledge is expected. In Round 1, team exercises will held only in Ann Arbor. In Round 2, they’ll be held in Ann Arbor and several locations around the world. You can learn more about the team exercise here.
